So cute!! Did you say that is a 12 week old puppy? May I ask what breed(s)???

My dogs LOVE plastic bottles. Its a great way to compact them for the recycling so they take up less room

He mom is a corgi mix and they think the dad is a border collie. He's about 15 pounds now...I think he's smaller than my now 60 pound Aussi Mix was at that age, but I'm not sure. I need to dig up some pics of her to compare.

I hate posting these, but I have to. The first one is a photo I took of my sister's 7 year old Irish Terrier Guiness. I took the photo back in March while she was here visithing for the winter and early spring. The second one is a photo of the memorial chalk drawing my husband did for her last night in our driveway based on that picture. Sadly, she died last night after jumping out of a car window to give chase to a squirrel as the car was backing up. We were already missing her since she was back "home" in Arizona, but now we're all grieving her. They leave pawprints on the heart.

Here's a picture of my now 60 pound dog at about 12 weeks old...I think she was a little bit bigger than Jonas is now. I think Jonas looks bigger in pictures than he actually is in real life....or maybe I'm just used to the big dogs and he looks little to me.

Oh no....I'm so sorry!!! That's so awful, that's why I hate it when my DH rolls the windows down for the dogs..

I'm so sorry for your loss. Guiness was a very beautiful dog and your husbands memorial drawing was very good. I'm sure Guiness would have enjoyed it. Best wishes to you and your family.

I am so very sorry for your loss. That is tragic. I have a terrier who also loves to hate squirrels. I would be devestated.

Baby Jonas is 13 weeks and 16 pounds now. He had his rabies shot and he has a real tag just like the big dogs now, so he's official!! I was reminded of Lady and the Tramp when he was walking around with his new tag!

Nali is 5 months old today. Like Jonas above, she LOVES to play in her water. To keep from having to refill her drinking water every 5 minutes, I set up the kids' old turtle pool for her to play/cool off in. Here she is trying to bite the water from the hose

That is so funny!! I was pouring water into the bucket today from a big cup and Jonas was trying to bite it too!

He drives me crazy in the house, he will put his paw in the water bowl and fling all of the water OUT of the bowl!! Thankfully I have concrete floors so I can just wipe it up, but it's very annoying to fill it up all day long!!

Our newest kitty, Lola. She belonged to a friend of mine who passed away last weekend. I was with her when she got Lola last fall as a kitten and told her I'd take the cat if she didn't want her- she had 7 cats already, she was 69 years old and was handicapped to boot. She kept Lola. She told me a few months before she passed away that she was leaving Lola to me in her will so I guess she'd be happy that I took her. Now I have 6 cats! My kids are calling me the crazy cat lady!
Lola when she got booted out of DD19's room and put in DD15's room for being a pest at 1 a.m. on her 1st night here! She is extremely affectionate! She wants to rub on you and knead with her sharp claws. not good when you are trying to sleep.

Hershey walked into the bedroom she was hiding in. Lola had 2 dogs in her other home but they were small. 95lbs of dog is a bit indimidating.
