Back to work after have an interesting 4 days off.

Started off Thursday night with a free preview of the Ringling Bros circus in Downtown West Palm Beach. Pretty noisy at ISo6400 but it is what it is. Wasn't too thrilled with my night as far as photography goes

Saturday night was the Vanilla Ice block party help here close to my house. Was really a fun concert and brought back some memories that's for sure

Sunday was spent at the Dolphins-Vikings game. Even though it was a meaningless game it was still always fun to be at the game.

Thanks Harry! I would also appreciate the high ISO test shot on the A7ii before you send it back.

Mike, nice shots - really like the last three in the set. :thumbsup2

Haha haha Havoc! It was a seriously hard decision but the Fuji is off to California today. The A7II is a totally different beast than the A7. It's like a small DSLR in form. The build is way better than the A7 and it's heavy in mirrorless terms. The thing that really has me keeping it is the new lock-on focus in continuous focus. It tracks my kids better indoors.

One terrible thing is the same old Sony WB indoors under fluorescent and incandescent lighting.

Mike and Fractal, I'll post some high ISO shots handheld
handheld. I don't find higher than 6400 too bad.

I'm confused. Are you keeping the A7ii or the Fuji or both? Inquiring minds...

But the pro with Sony, is that it's exceptionally easy to customize that WB. Assuming it's the same as the A99, just focus on anything white in the room, and customize the WB.

Sony is supposedly looking to improved AF as the next big selling point, as seen in the A77ii and A6000, and I suspect in the A9 next year.

I actually still don't love the WB on the Nikon. Still getting used to it, but just doesn't feel right.. maybe too purple.

Another test if you will, lol, test out how well the lock on focus tracks the kids in low light like around dusk time outside

Im trying not to make eye contact with it :rotfl2:

I really wished they would make these for emount also. Would make my decision a lot easier

Adapter for E-mount, but that would really add the bulk and be pretty unbalanced. The lens is huge.
