Ritz Carlton in St. Thomas

Really nice shot. Makes me want to go there.

Hi there, did you take this shot under water? If so, what type of housing did you use for your camera and what camera do you have? I have a D90. Thanks! It's a great shot, btw!

Thank you for the kind words. I was not underwater but in a tunnel.

Boom!

Went to the annual Grapevine Christmas Parade, but got there late and didn't get a great spot. All of my photos are pretty much useless except one. This baby boy right next to me was SO happy I just had to snap the shot. Made my evening.

Not sure if this was taken with a Nikon or not but I'm going to post it here anyway.

First Pictures with the new camera (D3100) shot almost exclusively on Auto. Wanted to see what the camera would do if left to its own devices. Some minor color touch-up done after importing into iPhoto.

Or see the full shoot. These were all shot at the waterfront in my home town of Plymouth, MA

OKW Lover those look pretty fine to me. I have a D40 and the first thing I learnt about it was DON'T TOUCH AUTO! :rotfl: I would have been happy if my auto pics came out like yours. I am curious, when you say minor color touching, were they slightly on the over exposed side?

Some were a touch over-exposed to my eye. I did tone-down the highlights in a bunch of them (it was a bright sunny day which washed out some detail in some areas).
