In the past, we had the ability to crop and add borders to Photo Pass pictures we wanted to order. It does not seem as that is still available. Is that correct or are we missing something?

Try using the app on an Apple device. That's how they do it on the DL side, and I'm thinking I heard that's the case on the WDW side. Don't get your hopes up though. If WDW is using that system, it's a lot more clunky and the border options are a lot more limited. But it's better than nothing.

I have an iPhone & iPad and the edit (crop, stickers, borders, etc) option is still available in the (latest) Apple version of the MDE mobile app.

I ran into the same thing on my laptop but was able to add borders and stickers on my iPhone just last week. For the price they now charge editing should be available on different devices not just Apple.
