Photo Pass CD question

Hi I was hoping that anyone who recently returned from WDW could answer this question......... Can you Prebuy the photo pass CD at the parks and get a discount? If yes what is the price? In October we were emailed an offer to prepurchase a CD for $99 however this time (april) we are staying off site and didn't get thew same offer.

You can prebuy from the photopass website right now if you want too. I did the preorder price after we got home and then just waited a day or two and signed on with our photopass cards. No problems at all!

So ya know, I know that I have never been able to find it from their website; I have to snag it from my bookmarks every time I need it (or when people ask about it).
