Photo/movie montage software?

I started scanning all my family pictures.

When my grandma died a few years ago I inherited all (or most) of the family photos.

Some are black and white and sepia and are so old that my mom doesn't know who they are. (I guess 'll have to sit with my grandpa sometimes soon so that these people don't get forgotten.)

Although I loooooooove scrapbooking since it's my favorite hobby.

Do any softwares exist that will allow me to create great photo albums or movies with those photos?

Maybe not TOO expensive??

Start with Microsoft Photo Story 3... Free from microsoft.

From there you can move up to some of the better/more advanced programs as your skills and desires increase.
