Two days in a row , im on hold with Disney for over an hour and then they disconnect me. Not very customer friendly! Has anyone else experienced this frustration?
I opted for callback and got called back an hour later. I needed an escalation ticket person so I've been on hold for over an hour now to talk to a second person.
I called around 10:15pm on a Saturday night and was on hold for around 15-20 minutes. This was after I missed a call back I had left about half an hour earlier.
