Eh, they're essentially the same thing if you are in a family group. The biggest difference is that you can shut things down and lock them up with Find My Phone. What I like about Find My Friends over Find My Phone is that I can label locations like my kids friend's houses, DH work etc.

LOL Yeah, and how many devices. In Find My Phone seven devices popped up but at any given time there can be ten. Family of five with each owning an iPad and iPhone. It's much easier to look at the Find My Friends app when you're talking about location of a person. Plus you can put it in Notification Center and just slide over vs having to open the app, log in and weed through all the devices.
