you typically can't call stores directly. you can call the main switchboard/operator and ask to be transferred, but in all likelihood, they'll just send you to WDW Merchandising

I picked up a business card from Disney Days of Christmas and the phone number is 407-828-2042. These cards were located at the cashwraps in the christmas store. I have called stores directly before and I have called the general merchandise number, 407-363-6200, as well.
