Phineaus and Ferb Experience at Epcot?

We were there in January. Our 6 six old was hooked after the first mission. Then we had to do them all. We split the missions between two afternoons. By the last one, I took a seat in Italy and waited for them to finish the last country.

Now Epcot is our son's favorite park.

I am really hoping my kids will have a similiar reaction! (It's the 7 year old that's the tricky one, but since he LOVES Agent P I think this will work!)

We did the one in Japan. France was broken and didn't work :(

Any word on how long it's going to last? I ask because we are going back in September and we all loved doing it, not just the kids. We would like to be able to do a few more countries.

World Showcase is my favorite part of Disney, so the Agent P thing was great for us as we got to explore more of each country. Being social drinkers, we'd grab the local beer/cocktail and then walk around from task to task w/in that country. We did 3 countries one day and 4 the next. Our DD9 loved it. She liked it much better than the "adventure" in Magic Kingdom w/ the villains.

Our DS (well DW too) liked the Agent P adventure and eventually did all the missions over two days.

I love the concept, but hated the implementation. For one, all you hear now in WS is Dufenshmirtz's voice. Can the FONEs please come with a volume knob or headphone jack? Can they be disabled while in a restaraunt or while a show is performing? I also didn't like the go here, push here, go there routine. There were seemingly no 'clues' or anything to 'figure out', just go. And when lost, just look for a crowd of other agents crowded around place X, chances are that was your next stop.

Had it been a bit more of a scavenger hunt or a puzzle of some sort - I probably would have been more patient waiting for them to complete it. And while it should give you a chance to see parts of WS you might normally glaze over, most kids just are in a hurry to get to the next spot and never take in the 'meaning' or scenery that was laid out for you.

I thought you should be able to 'take out' other conspiring agents in some way, but DW said that was not very Disney of me.

Some of the 'reveals' were indeed kinda cool. Much better than the Sorcerer Cards over in MK, don't get me started on those.

Main point, is if you are a touring plan, on a schedule type of person. Be prepared to let all that go while in WS listening to your FONE.

At least with Kidcot stuff and Passport, you get to meet real people from their home countries.
