Peter Pan and Character Meals

Hi we go in a couple of days and my DD has decided that she would like to have a character meal with Peter Pan.

Is there a meal that he attends? If so does anyone know how much it costs?

Trip getting very close now. SOOOOOOOO EXCITED

although its not the same as having a meal where Peter is, you could ask at City Hall if Peter will be out in the park at any time during your stay. You might be able to meet him then.

How reliable is City Hall in general with characters coming out?

We've tried twice during our stay there (and also at the window in the Studios) asking for Emile and Remy from Ratatouille. Two people told us there was no schedule and characters were only at the meet and greets, one said Remy generally wasn't out and the fourth one claimed he was on the Anniversary train.

I wasn't really sure if to be amused or annoyed. LOL
