We stayed in loop 1600 on our last trip and enjoyed it. Our site was a little small and dropped off on one side, so I would like to try to get one a little bigger since I have small children. What suggestions do you have for what to add to my reservation to give an idea to the site assigner?

Also, we weren't able to get preferred for our last stay, but it is still available for this visit. We will have a golf cart, so in your opinion, should we still try to request a preferred site? I just wonder if it is worth the extra money.

Thank you for all the help! Can't wait to get back to the Fort! :dumbo:

I am going to try it this time! Might as well go all the way if your going!

I requested loop 800 it is preferred and a pet loop.

Hope this helps!

The size of a specific site is not based on which loop you may be in. All loops have both smaller and larger sites. The smaller sites are actually on the 100 loop.

I find it better to specifically describe what equipment you may have so that assigner can get you the site you need.

Things that should be noted include slide outs on the RV, awnings, covers for the pic nic table, tents for the kids etc.
