We've encountered pets on different floors.

I want to say that they only allow pets in tower 2... that is also the smoking tower. At least that is what I was told when they put us there this past December

My DH and I stay at the Hard Rock every time we go to Disney and Universal Studios. We go about twice a year. We always bring our american eskimo dog - Dante. We have stayed on every floor of the Hard Rock.
