personalized menus?

I have read about the coral reef having personalized menus, but do any other places do this? we are not seafood eaters, but I would love to get one for my Dad as a surprise!

I believe Yachtmans' Steak house does this along with Nacrossee at the GF. Ask when you get to podium.
