Personalised travel documents

we are going on our first cruise in December and this is a surprise present for my husband. I understand personalised travel documents are sent out a couple of weeks before departure. I am worried that my husband will pick up the mail and see that we have mail from DCL - is the envelope they arrive in unmarked and would it be possible to arrange with Disney for the documents to be delivered to an alternative address? I have managed to keep this a secret for nearly a year now and will be so disappointed if the secret gets out!

Don't know if it's different for the UK, but for us, they came in a large envelope, with Disney Cruise Line as the return address:

I'm not certain if they will send them to a different address than you supplied for the reservation. Did you use a Travel Agent? Sometimes the documents go there first. I suggest you give DCL a call and see if they will help you out. But, even if they do "say" they are going to mail them to a different address, sadly, I personally wouldn't rely on it.

The documents generally arrive 30-45 days out from the cruise (we got our last ones spot on 45 days). Maybe someone can watch your mailbox for you? And get to it before he does?

Oh gosh - if it's the same for the UK then I think I might have a problem - I will give Disney a call and hope they can put the documents in a plain envelope!!!!

I took my wife on a cruise in January for her 60th birthday. She knew about the cruise, but didn't know that we were staying in the Walt suite, so I worried about this as well. I had booked through a travel agent and had he make sure that those documents were mail to my oldest daughters house. If you booked directly through DCL I imagine you could arrange to have mail sent to another address as well, but don't know for sure.

We called and asked Disney to mail to a separate address and they never did it so still be on watch just in case.
