Perpetual Technical Difficulties making payments on package?

Anyone else have trouble EVERY SINGLE TIME you try and make payment on your package?

I have tried multiple days and times, devices, operating systems, browsers, etc. I always get the "Sorry, we are experiencing some technical difficulties." message.

Anyone else have this problem? How did you resolve it?

Of course, I then call to pay and get to wait on hold for an hour or more for the privilege of paying them money.
