Perferred parking question

I am thinking of doing preferred parking at MK as my youngest has a disability stroller that does not fit on a tram and it can be a long walk from the lot (we do not have a disability tag for the car). We would be staying on property- so is the cost the full amount ($50) or the additional $25 above the standard cost?

Also, which lots are currently preferred at each park and what is the first lot for standard parking at each park?

I have two thoughts. The firs is, why not ask his doctor for a handicap tag for the car? That will get you up front where you need to be.

My second thought is, if you are there fairly early, you will get parking right near the front anyway. We never have any problem getting parking close enough at MK, and Epcot to just walk. AK, we usually wind up using the tram though.

A handicap tag is the way to go if you can get one. But I would still get there early as those spaces can fill up.

To answer your original question, as a resort guest, you will only pay the upcharge from the daily parking fee to the preferred fee.
