Perfectescapes.com for AAA rates?

Hi everyone,

I am wondering if anyone has used perfectescapes.com to book RPR or any of the other hotels? I tried it as part of a rate compare with trip advisor, and it was the only service that showed a AAA rate for RPR for my stay the end of August. So I am wondering why they would have AAA when that rate is not available on the Loews web site or even any of the other big web sites.

Why not just call Loews and make your AAA reservation that way? I don't know of anyone who can get AAA online through the website. it doesn't show up like many other available rates such as military, etc.

There are a couple of sites that show the AAA rates. To be on the safe side though and be able to change your rates easily if need be, I would just book through Loews. Loews never advertises AAA rates on their site.

Also, did you check the Universal site itself? The 4/3 deal is still in effect for August and I've been checking August dates too and AAA runs about $1000 more on my dates than Uni.

The problem with booking on the Universal Orlando site is that they charge $50 if you need to make a reservation change. If you book with Loews directly (who have the very same deals as the Universal Orlando site), you can make changes without penalty up until 5 days before.

Revision Fees:
Once deposit and/or full payment is received, a $50 revision fee per transaction, plus any applicable services fees or price increases, will be assessed for any changes made to the reservation including, but not limited to, dates, air carrier, hotel, and ground transportation. If your vacation includes airline reservations, air change fees apply, plus a $50 per reservation revision fee and any other fees or price increases imposed by the airline will be charged. Fees are non-refundable. Certain types of airline reservation changes, including name changes, are prohibited based upon restrictions imposed by the carrier.

Cancellation Fee for Bookings:
DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL - PENALTIES
45 days or more - Full refund*

44-6 days - $100 fee per reservation, plus fees imposed by hotel, airline and/or other components

5-0 days - $200 fee per reservation, plus fees imposed by hotel, airline and/or other components
