I am looking into renting a 6 or 7 bedroom villa, possibly at Emerald Island. The two I am interested in I have received emails from who I believe are the owners but Perfect Stay Homes has come up on both. Is this the management company? Has anyone heard of them? I really like both the homes but am also wondering how old they are now and if they are still in good condition. Is there are nice way of asking this?
