Please tell me everything about the Pepper Market and dining there when on the DDP. It counts as a CS credit, right? Can you choose anything on the menu? I think, I remember hearing that you still need to tip, how do you do that? Do you leave the tip at your table, charge it to your room key or what?
Is it more of a adult oriented CS place or will my kids also find something appealing?

We stayed at the CSR for one night last month and had breakfast at the food court. It was awesome, there are tons of food and menu board pics in my Aug link. We were seated like a regular TS place, the waitress came over to get our drink orders and handed us each a card...you can go to any of the food kiosks and order what you want and the CM will stamp your card for what you ordered.

When you are done you go to the cashiers and hand them the cards. They will total you up and add the 10% tip on top. We paid with a credit card but you can pay with your room key too

Isn´t it difficult to figure out what counts as a CS credit if you´re on the ddp?

If you're on the DDP, the tip is already covered for meals/service at the Pepper Market (because it's a CS restaurant). You won't have to pay an additional tip out of pocket.

However, as you probably already know, you will need to pay a tip out of pocket for all your TS meals.

I hope that makes sense.:goodvibes

Sorry cannot help you on that one, we do not use the DDP

I think your kids will find something there. We stayed at CSR last summer with 5 kids in our party and ate there often. For breakfast they have the standard fare: mickey waffles, eggs, bacon, pastry, oatmeal, and bagel, etc. For lunch & dinner, I recall pizza, burritos made to order (Yum! That was my favorite part and the portions were huge), maybe a deli type spot, oh and I know one night it offered Chinese food.

Just be careful how much you put on your tray if you're on the DDP. We went in not really knowing how best to manage our DDP and we burned counter service meals & snacks at our first Pepper Market meal when some people in our party (6 adults, 5 kids) got a entree (e.g. burrito), a dessert, and then also a banana (without realizing they were using a snack credit). This, however, was due to our lack of knowledge than any problem with Pepper Market - except maybe all the yummy food enticed us too much. :rolleyes1

Oh, but one thing I wasn't crazy about was the service. The servers would get your drinks for you, but sometimes it was hard to find them for a refill. Now, there is a drink bar to which you can walk up and ask someone standing there to refill your drink, but they got a bit snippy with us and seemed upset we had gotten up. :confused3

This is exactly what I was worried about. But thanks for the info! :thumbsup2
