Pepper Market on MYW Dining

I just looked at the menu for the Pepper Market. It looks like there are some really good things to eat there. Does anybody know if there are certain things (at this restaurant) you can't order with the dining plan? Some of the choices are more expensive than the other food courts. Does the food count as a counter service or a sit down choice?

As of now Pepper Market is counter service. If you go to www.mouseavers.com -to wdw- vacation packages-myw dinin :wizard: g options
They have a list of every resturaunt on myw and its category!! :wizard:

I think I read that the Pepper Market IS NOT INCLUDED in the MYW dining plan!! :guilty:

As far as I know none of the restaurants at Coronado Springs (Maya Grill and The Pepper Market) are participating in the MYW dining plan.

…The Pepper Market and Maya Grill at the Coronado Springs Resort have just been added to the Magic Your Way Dining plan.

I read this the other day.

They changed the plan as of Feb. 23rd, I think, to include Pepper Market as a counter svc, and Maya Grill as a sit down. They must have negotiated with CSR Restaurant owners to get them to participate.

Makes me slightly hopeful that they will work something out with more of the WS restaurants! :wizard: We are using MYW dining plan this October, and we'd love to try out Teppenyaki and Marrakesh.

I just looked at the list and brochure through the Disney website and couldn't find anthing for Coronado Springs Resort.
I swear when i looked last week Peppermarket was listed as Table Service the same as Beaches and Cream and Osprey Ridge Sandtrap Bar and Grill.

Hi

When I booked our vacation I asked the CM about any changes to the dining plan and she said none had been dropped but 2 were added. Those were the Pepper Market and Maya. I called some time the last of February. I just didn't know if it was considered a counter service. :)

I wouldn't count on Teppanyaki being added, ever. The restaurants in the Japan pavilion rarely participate in any WDW dining plan, not even a percentage discount plan.

We were the first to use the MYW dining plan (as a counter service option) at the Pepper Market in January (or so we were told by the manager). We went there assuming it was accepted and luckily it was! I think the brochures are being updated. :goodvibes

They give 10% off lunch with either an AP or DVC membership. I can't remember which one, but it's definitely one of these.

I just called WDW dining and asked specifically about changes to the My Way dining option and if Maya Grill or Pepper Market had been added. She told me that they are NOT listed. I also checked the brochures on both the WDW site and Deb Wills and neither of those sites list them either. We'll be staying at CS on our next trip and would really like to eat there on the plan. Is there a direct # for those restaurants where I could call to know for sure one way or the other?

We know they're not listed on the brochure. We ate there using the plan. I spoke to the manager myself and he said of course they take the plan. Call CSR and ask them to transfer you to the Pepper Market, then ask for the manager.
