They'll fill your mugs for you if you want. They'll also bring you your other drinks - bottles of water or whatever. You can't get those yourself at PM.

You can fill the mugs yourself and get your own drinks. There is an open drinks station. You walk up to a counter beside it and ask for a cup and they stamp your card.

I was there for 9 days the end of September and had two managers tell me that the tip was NOT included when you pay with the DDP. When I looked at my receipts the food and tax lines are zeroed out and there is no tip line on the DDP receipt. When I paid for a light meal OOP, I was charged the 10% tip.
