People with Disney Names...

My DD is "Molly" as in Andy's little sister ;) my husband doesnt know that it's the reason I brought the name up, it's my little secret :)

No kids yet, but our critters are Belle, Timothy, Sebastian, Raja, Oswald (plus, Donny, Misty, Charlie and Angel). My mother in law's cat is named Ariel and my mother is named Charlotte (Lotte from P&F- although somehow I dont think my grandmother looked 60 years into the future and named her kid after a future Disney character :lmao:).

And friend named her dog Prince Caspian. And another friend has an aunt named Happy. :confused3

My cousin's little girl's name is Aurora...although I don't think she meant it to be related to Disney.

...Aurora, Elias, and Belle seem to be the most popular names! I can't believe we haven't gotten a David yet(Lilo and Stitch).

When I was in elementary school, my gym teacher's name was Mickey. I have a friend who named her daughters Alice & Belle. And my mother-in-law's name is Wendy. :goodvibes

My son's name is Logan -----> Wolverine------>Marvel Comics------>owned by Disney. Does that count?

He's not really named for the X-Men, but he likes to tell people that. :thumbsup2

My childhood dentist was Dr. Mickey. He has a big picture of him walking down a pathway with the mouse himself. He also had an assistant whom I called Dr. Minnie. That wasn't her name and I still have no idea what her actual name is. :rotfl:

My dad is Mickey. His older brother named him after "The Mouse"! My dad was born in 1936.

I teach 2nd grade, so my students love getting a visit from Mr. Mickey! My mom volunteers for me so she comes around more than my dad. A few years ago, my class renamed her "Mrs. Minnie". That name has stuck!! :)

I also have a dog named Magic, named after the Disney Magic and The Magic Kingdom.

I am a teacher, and I do see lots of unique names, including disney names...but my favorite was about 10 years ago. I had a female student named Disney (her real name, not a nickname)...I asked her about it, and she said it was because her parents loved Disney World.

When I was younger I knew an Ariel and Sebastian who were brother and sister! I never asked if they were named after the movie characters, but I had a hard time believing it was a coincidence! They were both born after the movie was released as well.

I've known some Jasmines, but they did not have anything to do with Disney...

When my husband was born (1960), his brothers were 9, 10, and 12. His parents were hoping for a girl, so didn't pick out any boy's names (what were they thinking?). So they asked their three sons. The 9-year-old wanted Gus, but they said no. They finally settled on their hero of that era, the Disney version of Zorro; the actor Guy Williams. So my husband's name is Guy William Dragon, named after Zorro!

My name is Melody which is apparently the name of Ariel's daughter (in the straight to video movie ) but I was born before that movie came out

In a town about 20 miles from us, there is a church that had a sign that said: Be Our Guest! from Pastor Disney!! I would smile every time I would see it!!

I also had a supervisor named Mickey for years. I asked him if he was named after THE MOUSE and he said he never asked his mom about it!! :confused3 What the heck???!!! I think he KNEW it and he just didn't want to ADMIT it!!! It was funny though because my office was FILLED with Disney stuff. When asking where "Mickey" was, a common answer was "Disney World Office!"
