Pens for Character Autographs?

Hello All!

I was wondering what the best kind of pens would be for character autographs? What does everyone recommend?

We buy one of the big blue autograph pens that Disney sells. It's big enough for the characters to use and it doesn't bleed through.

Many people here recommend the click Sharpie pens.

Ive always used the click top sharpies and they did not bleed through at all.

We use Sharpies. You can get them on countless colours and you can get the clickable pens which are great for all the characters

I have heard that while the characters do prefer a fat pen, they don't really like the Sharpies because many end up with stains on their gloves/hands. I recommend getting a fat ball point pen that they sell in the gift shops.

The autograph pen Disney sells is one of the cheaper souvenirs you can get, plus it lasts through several trips since the only time we ever use it is for autographs. I definitely recommend it

We've used the G2 pens ( http://www.amazon.com/Pilot-Retractable-Premium-Roller-Extra/dp/B00006JNJ8 ) with good results. Big enough for the characters, good smooth writing.

We used a "fat" pen which we got on sale at Michaels. It seemed to work really well when the White Rabbit and Mickey signed our autograph book. We just made sure we clicked it open before handing it to them. The princesses all got to use regular pens.
