Lynda I'm so sad your TR is over I've loved reading about all your adventures. So pleased your ankle is nearly better it has taken ages to heal hasn't it! One thing I've never heard the expression slower than the speed of smell I'll have to remember that one
Can't wait for your Pre TR to start
I'm sad and excited at the same time. This was my first TR, and it is now complete! And yes, the ankle did take a frustratingly long time to heal, but it is probably about as normal now as it will be for a long time. I have sprained it before, and it takes a long time to really be right again, and this sprain was worse than my previous one. 
That is one of DH's expressions that I enjoy and have adopted.

GREAT TR!!! I have to say every time I read about that pineapple bread I get secretly upset because for some reason we didnt get any for our breakfast there! I wonder why esp because it sounds like something I'll LOVE!!! Is there anyone who can help me understand the renting of DVC points? We are seriously considering it for our Jan trip but I'm CLUELESS!
Oh no! Did you get the basket of bread, and it didn't have pineapple bread in it, or you just didn't get bread at all? If you ask, they will bring it to you! We always ask for extra of the pineapple variety for me. 
There's some other kind of bread in there too, but I just want the pineapple! The DVC boards here on the DIS are great! They are actually what brought us to the DIS when we were doing research for our first DVC purchase. DH says the rent/trades board is where you look, you would want to find one very close in points to the amount you need and of course, ones that don't expire before your trip. We went on that DVC tour on our honeymoon, and we would have loved to make it happen then, but we knew we just couldn't. After we bought the house and both got promotions, it became a possibility. Hopefully it's in your future! It's the best!
