Thanks all for your wonderful congrats (not quoting individually for obvious reasons)... so far it's been a pretty good L&D and recovery. All seems to be going well. She doesn't cry much or fuss and is a good sleeper.

You crack me up! I love your analogy... go with Winkers' and my method... have your hair and makeup people on hand at all times to touch up in between pushes. It's the only way to go when you know you're going to be on camera. Ha ha ha.

Yeah, I think both Erin and Ashlyn do the winking - one-eye - arrrgh me mateys pirate eye thing. It's pretty funny. Maybe later I'll post birth pix of all three and you can see how they all pretty much look the same. I guess there's no denying they're siblings. Ha ha.

Erin is very excited.... she always says "Oh, she's sooo cute...." so hopefully she'll be a good big sister. But she's been causing some fuss at home with our folks... I guess she misses us a lot and of course, hates taking her medicine which is no fun for the grandparents to have to fight her on... sigh. I am not sure how anxious I am to get home to a crazy chaotic household. Ha ha ha ha.

DH went home to shower/update the web/run a couple errands so now it's just me and baby in a nice quiet room. Ahhh.

With my third I stayed in the hospital an extra day. My other 2 were 2.5 years old and 15 months. I needed that extra day of rest in the hospital!
