I hope that Erin feels better soon. You are the 3rd person I have heard of that has taken their child to the ER in the past few days. Must be something going around that is knocking these kids out.

Hi all. Just an update: Erin's feeling better - no fever pretty much all day today And she's getting better at taking her antibiotics (she HATES it...). So I was able to run a ton of errands today (about 7 places in 4 hours...).

Clearly, I'm still in tact and on schedule for checking into the hospital tomorrow night... so I scheduled a hair appointment for tomorrow morning (hee hee).

Dinner with the folks around 6:30 tomorrow and then checking into the hospital around 10-11pm. Then baby should arrive sometime on the 7th.

My thoughts exactly!!!! Funny - when I was pregnant with Erin (read: didn't have any kids yet...) i would re-paint my nails regularly the few days prior to delivery just to make sure I had a good manicure. And of course, wore makeup and fixed my hair... you know with the first you'll get TONS of pictures snapped. It's like wearing clean underwear in case you get into an accident.. ha ha.

So I just got my pedicure on Sunday (toes still looking lovely) and now it's time for a trim. Hopefully will make it through the day tomorrow.

With my inductions, I went into the hospital with full make-up and hair! Everyone who saw the pictures commented on how good I looked for just giving birth. I didn't mention the 2 inches of make-up I'd applied to make it last!
