Peeps 2. The Sweaty Asian Strikes Back. Pt 2. Feb '10. 2/21-Final Chapter. Link to TR

 Whaaaaaa?! :rotfl2: OK, this is seriously funny!

Then again, as an adult you can go back to acting like a child (this trip report is a perfect example of that ) and get to have all the perks of being an adult!!

:rotfl2: This is so cute...and funny!! Just when I think you can't surprise me any more with what you say....

:sad2: You just had to go there didn't you?

::yes::

Whew! I was hoping you would say this. J/K!

And Wendy, can't forget Wendy! I wondered when you would comment on this!! I thought it might be right up your alley. :rotfl: I hope no one here thinks this is real! Can't really hurt the Jordo.

:rotfl: OMGosh, you guys are on a roll tonight! I don't think I've laughed like this in a while.

I know, I hate doing it with my parents. I don't like telling them to do what's good for them, I feel like I'm being dishonoring in a way. Although if they aren't doing what's best for themselves...someone has to say something. I'm just so happy to hear that your able to help out and that we can be of some help with prayer. Please let us know what else we can do if the need arises. Really.

You do have a lot to finish up! ;) Look at this way.... the time will go by quick and you'll have fun with every purchase and errand/chore marked off the list. :)

I culd not resist the perfect staged scene inspired by Jim Carey!!:lmao: Hey maybe we could send a copy to Oprah and become famous !!!:lmao:

Woohoo for 30 days!  I have to say, I loved all your China pics, kind of like travelling from my computer chair. I'm just really glad I found you and your PTR, it's made a lot of difference in my planning, and I know I've met a lot more people than I would have otherwise! So thank you

Amanda there were some that were :scared1::scared1::scared1: and Amanda you are A true PEEP now !!!:cloud9:

That's a fun milestone!!! Looking forward to the updates from here til then!

It is a fun milestone where everything kind of changes because you realize you don't really have that much time to get stuff done in between working (which I should be doing right now-god understands:rolleyes1)

Are the fabric sheets for "mosquito repellent"? I wouldn't worry too much about them during February. It's been so cold recently that there won't be too many of them.

Jordan I do laundry!!!!!!:lmao: I hadn't even heard about mosquito repellent !!!:lmao:

We never made it in. We got there 1/2 hour early and the line went around the theater. I only want to see it in IMAX at this point. I guess I'm gonna have to wait a few more weeks.

We went an hour early on Friday afternoon and the Imax was sold out until Sunday night at 10 pm. We ended up seeing it in "regular" 3D instead, and it was still good (and having been to the Imax at that same theater, I'd be surprised if I had noticed a difference, the screen was still huge).

Chapter 69. One month from today....

It's hard to believe that 7 months have flown by and that in one month I will be leaving for WDW. In fact, one month from today, I will be in bed dreaming Disney Dreams in anticipation of my first full day at WDW. It's been quite a journey. In looking back, I'm surprised I made it in one piece.

one month from now........

Holy crolly! If you're leaving in 30 days, that means I'm leaving in....geez, better go call the GF re massages. HAVE to remember to do that when I get back from tutoring.

Rosie, if you ever do need emergency bug repellant, those sheets really do work pretty decently. you can rub them on your skin or stick them in your pocket depending on how much of a mosquito attraction you are. (I'm the kind of person who needs spray AND fabric softener AND those bug fans you clip on your pocket).

And to you and Jordan - I never listen to country any more (okay, rarely), but I did get an A in country and western dance in college. :snooty:

I thought you used dryer sheets for mosquito repellent. I guess it wasn't you who did that.

That's crazy. It's gonna pass Titanic for sure.

I do like country, more the pop country stuff, but I do like Dolly, George Strait, Reba, Garth, Clint, Wynonna, the Judds and some of the older groups...

Hey Jordan! Congrats on the 30 day mark!

As to what may have been deposited in your chonies, well, I don't really know what to say about that actually. (Which is somewhat of a first for me.)

I just have to say it was alternately embarrassing (although I was driving by myself at the time) and relieving at the same time..:rolleyes1

Here's my happy homemaker tip of the day..I made a bunch of these as Christmas presents and people LOVED them!

Everlasting Fabric Softener Sheet:

Go to the dollar store and buy a two pack (or however many you want) of washclothes. Pour enough liquid fabric softener in the bottom of a bucket (something you don't use for food) to cover the washclothes. Put the washclothes in the fabric softener and let them soak. (I let them soak overnight). When you're ready, put on a pair of gloves and wring out the washcloth, then hang it to dry. Once they're dried, I mark mine FS on the tag so I know it's the softener sheet..throw it in the dryer..it should last 100 loads. Just check it occasionally and make sure it's still smells like the softener.

Thanks Amanda that is an awesome tip!!!

Wendy, continued prayers for your dad. Hope all turns out well!

Jordan...ya'll are getting close to the trip. So wish ours was that close. Heck...wish I even knew for sure ours was happening. lol :D

How was Avatar, btw? All I've heard are great things about it. Hoping the hubs and I can get my parents to watch our DS so we can go see it soon.

Crap...gotta go get dinner in the oven! :D

Ciao for now!

I was thinking about you the whole time there were those huge snowstorms in the mid west. I'm interested to hear how your trip went.

We got the snowstorm on Christmas Eve - I didn't drive over 45 mph all the way to the airport, but thankfully they had everything under control there and we flew out with no problem! :thumbsup2 The TR will be started in the next few days, I'll PM ya a link when I get it started.

I read a few comments above...I missed the news with your uncle...going back to find out what...:guilty:

:woohoo: for 30 days!! It is going to fly by now!
Thanks for the recap of your PTR...funny stuff...I forgot about the drunk episode! :rotfl2: Ugh and the early ADR's!!

Tracy

30 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is SOOOOO exciting! And surreal, I know exactly what you mean!

I love the little recap, need to go back and look at more of the China pics, that was before I hopped on this train and I just kind of jumped in!

LOVED the live ADR's, just seeing those pics today made me smile

Prayers for your Uncle/Wendy's dad that the pain gets better and they find some way to make him more comfortable.
:grouphug:

Thanks brother.

Oh my.

Jim Carey had some great Pix theme ideas !!! I could see the one shot in front of the laundry with me and Blue pulling his hair while Winkers knees Him !!:rotfl2:
And Wendy, can't forget Wendy! I wondered when you would comment on this!! I thought it might be right up your alley. :rotfl: I hope no one here thinks this is real! Can't really hurt the Jordo.

Ok... so it wasn't me who commented on the Jim Carrey thing.... :confused3 Was Rosie :thumbsup2 Just to give credit where credit was due... unless was there something else I commented on? Maybe I'm DISing in my sleep and forgot what I said...? Entirely possible :sad2:

Wendy, I'm praying for your dad. I'm glad there is so much family support.

Jordan, those shoes will look good with your kilt:thumbsup2

Thanks so much and HA HA about Jordan's shoes and kilt combo.

2. Check out Jordie's aisle !!! Picked up some Q Tips and sunscreen !!! Sooo another score !!!Still non of that laundry soap though !!

Pretty soon the signs above those aisles in Target are going to read "the Jordan aisle" instead of "travel products". Just you wait... :rolleyes1

Hey - this sounds great (having to look for ways to save money these days...) - question - how does it work for static cling? Or is it primarily for just fabric softening. I use the sheet for the static part too.

 No, I was saying to Rose that we can't forget you in the picture with them posing fun picture poses infront of the Chinese Laundry place. :lmao: Dising in your sleep, that's funny! I think this is what I do most of the time. I can see how you would think I was talking to you and not Rose though.

No! I can see it now, neon lights....The Dis Isleare you seeing it with me people? :rotfl2: But of course in your local area it would have Jordy's picture over it. :teeth: In my local area it would have my picture...and so on and so on. :goodvibes

Don't you just love the way the Dis mind works? :woohoo: :sad2: :woohoo:
