I think it was funny. It's a tough, tough world down here. The heat, plus the crowds, makes everyone loose their mind. I have seen one couple nearly come to blows with each other over which land they wanted to go to at the MK, one mom chew out her three year old who only wanted to nap, a couple threaten divorce with each other at Resturantasous, and in the grand ole'80's, my dad nearly threw a fit when we got to Disney MGM Studios when I realized that I forgot my ticket in the car. So, it's tough, and FP+ and ADRs have made it tougher for folks. And, yeah, I can see it - it's funny. I was also a cm, and can see all the "silly" mistakes people do too (and yes, sometimes we do make just a little fun of it). So, all in all, I get where he's coming from. Not everyone's cup of tea, but ya gotta do it for the kids. And that's the final point in the end, right?
I personally could write a huge essay of snark/sarcastic about the best planned vacation that our family took to the Great Lakes. My mom PERFECTLY planned our trip. It was researched, everything - even kid friendly places to go. But it was the worst trip ever (our family still talks about "that trip"!) Too many things went wrong in the perfectly planned trip - starting with the fact it was an RV trip and I get violently motion-sick. Thanks mom and dad!
Perfect case of "just cause you plan doesn't mean it's fun".
