Peanut allergy in Epcot

In Epcot, my peanut/nut allergy son was able to eat in quite a few restaurants. Le Cellier had the biggest selection that was safe for him to eat, including some yummy desserts. He is not usually able to eat the dessert but he was pretty much able to eat most of the desserts there.
Teppan Edo is great too. Very safe.
We also eat at the rose and crown english pub.

We were disappointed in the Italian restaurant (not via napoli)cannot think of the name right now. He could not eat the bread or anything breaded. As a pre teen he was upset and although Italian food is a main staple for us, he would never want to go back there bc there was such a limited selection.

We ate in Germany in 2005 without any problems either.

This was in 2009 and 2010, I think they made some changes since then in their food vendors. I am hoping not too much for our 2012 trip. We will stay with our three favorites above and also add Chefs de France . I personally stay away from China and Italy in Epcot with his allergies. Also the crepes in France were safe, the pretzels in Germany, the churros in Mexico.
NOT the funnel cakes in USA or pretty much anything in the bakery in France:(. I feel really guilty about that but I need a few of those sweet treats myself when we are there.
