PD for my DH needed! Back problems & trip coming!

I sure could use some Pixie Dust for my DH. He's been out of work for a week with back spasms-he's been lying on the livingroom floor on his stomach for most of this time. Our long-planned trip to WDW comes in exactly 2 weeks! He has started physical therapy, but I'm not sure if she's going to be a miracle worker. He's already said he's not missing this trip, so hopefully he'll will himself better!

I was in the same boat with my back. The best therapy was the massage. Very relaxing......


for about 35 seconds, then he found that spot and went to work on it. Ouch. But it worked.

I was still in some pain leaving for WDW, but all the walking and other activities helped loosen up the offending muscles.

Hope he feels better.
