Ok, for now we have a Portofino Suite booked for my birthday in May.
First, we never got an email confirmation, and it's been a month. Second, when we try to pull up the reservation online, it says the reservation can't be pulled up online (but I do see on my credit card statement that they took the one night's deposit). Third, is that normal for a manager to call and ask the view, etc? We have never had that happen, and not this time either.![]()
We have the SS rate with upgrade to the Portofino Suite with Platinum status too.
What's up w/ that?? That doesn't sound right? Maybe call or email and ask where your confirmation is?
