PBH Robes??

I have heard people talking about spa robes on the board. Does each room of the PBH provide robes for guests or is it only certain levels of rooms?

When we stayed there we had two robes in our room. The robes were very nice. In the gift shop they have them for sale and I think the price was around $70.00.

I believe you get the robes in the Deluxe rooms (and suites)

I had them in our room at PBH, but it was a Deluxe. When I was at HRH in a Standard room, I called and asked for them. Star Service will bring them up for you to any room.

Star service will take care of any and all request you can possible convice of. We left are tickets in the car. Called ss and they had valet retrieve our tickets and they knocked on our room door in 5 minutes. You call them to transfer you to any of the other onsite hotels. You call them for clean towels, more soap, an extra hairdryer, to have the maid come, for turndown service, to ask where your cookies and milk are, to get a phone number for flippers pizza, to make you ressies at mama dellas, to fix a dead phone in the bathroom, to bring you thooth paste, to find out the park our for the day, for wake up calls.LOL I could go on and on but you call them for everything and anything and they will help you. And yes you can request a robe for all rooms but standard robes comes with deluxe rooms.
