Paypal Spoof with MY NAME!

OMG! Just got a spoof that I'd bought an expensive item and paid with PP. But this actually had my legal name! It looked totally legitamate, but thankfully there was no actual activity on my PP account which of course I open on my own and not through the email message. I sent it to the spoof address just so it might help them cut down on fraud.

Until today I thought that having a real name and not a Dear Member heading was good sign of legitamacy.

That's why I cancelled my PP account. It's just getting too scary. Between the phishing scams and these kinds of threats, I guess if a vendor won't accept a check or MO or can't process a credit card through 'regular' means, it's just not worth it to shop with them. Just my .02.
