I am renting my timeshare. The customer wants to pay with a CC. Does he have to submit it through paypal himself? If he gives me the CC, can I submit it myself for payment?

The person making the credit card payment will have to submit it themselves. I don't believe that there is any way that you can enter a credit card number that belongs to someone else.
