You can make as many payments as you'd like, for any amount, online or through CRO. We book a year in advance and make payments periodically until our reservation is paid off months in advance. We then use the additional payments and put the funds in a savings account labeled "Next Disney Trip" so we have additional spending money.

Absolutely as the PP stated. I have only made payments on line and I always received a confirmation email as well as a reservation email that will show all of your payments. It's nice to see the balance go down every time you make a payment.:thumbsup2 Oh I forgot, sometimes we would make two payments in one day. You can also use a Disney Gift Card to make payments as well.

As the pp said, you can make payments as often as you like online or by calling. I think the minimum payment required is $20.

can the payments be made by different credit cards....its me and mother and my daughter going....so i will be paying for most but if my mother calls will she be able to make payments on the reservation with her credit card

In an attempt to surprise my wife, I have been making dozens of small payments over the website using the same Disney Gift Card. I bartend part time and take $50-$100 bucks per week and recharge that money on a gift card at my local Disney store. Then I apply the payment @ work the next day. She never sees anything coming out of the bank or on our charge cards. You can make as many payments as you like as long as they are over $20.00. Trip was paid off in a matter of months and my Wife and kids have no idea we are going yet.

Yes, you can use different credit cards from different people. We did this back in 2009 when me and my DMom went. I would do the payments for my mom using her credit card info on her Disney Website account. I added the ressie to her account so she was able to see the ressie and payments as well. I told her that she could make the payments on her Disney account but she didn't feel comfortable doing that so I would do it for her. If you do the payments for your DM and DD on your Disney account, you can also put their email address in on the payment page and this way they will receive the email for their payment.

Jumping in on this thread with a related question...I have booked through a TA for the first time, so I will be making my payments through the TA. Can someone confirm that once a reservation is completely paid off, any changes will incur a charge? For example, I'm hoping a room only discount comes out that is better than the discount I have right now. My understanding is that as long as I haven't paid everything, my ressie can be changed to the better discount (I know the TA will have to do it) for no charge. Am I correct?

Nice job!:thumbsup2:cool1:

Be careful paying online - the minimum payment is $20 and that amount is filled in by default. So today I bought four $25 Disney gift cards (only ones available) at Kroger for the fuel points, and went online to make my payment, and forgot to change the amount to $25 on the first card. So now I have $5 left on that card and it cannot be used towards my balance since it is under the $20 minimum...guess I'll use it to buy something while at Disney next summer :)

When I booked the trip, I put about twenty gift cards I had saved on the balance, one at a time, in one day. I just kept going out to the home page and back in before each card to refresh the page. Today I made four different payments. Disney makes it easy for you to give them your money :rotfl:.

i dont have a local disney store...but thats a good idea.....and your wife and kids are going to be soooo excited...have a great trip

Do you have a Stop and Shop ? You can get Disney gift card and get fuel perk points . We ended up getting 3 free tanks of gas and a lot of good discounts making weekly payments with Disney GC.

I actually have been able to use left over Disney giftcards with less than $20 amounts on them for online payment. In small print it says on the website that if the available amount on the card is less than $20 it will apply that remaining balance. So leave the $20 in the amount field and try your card number. It should take your $5. :)

I thought about either calling them or trying that - and I may. I've got a $10 card as well. Hmmm, I have to go try this....

And it worked :) I was able to put the $5 card and the $10 card towards my balance by leaving the $20 default payment in place for each card. Good to know!
