Payment due when on AP room only rate?

When is your payment due on a room only AP rate? I am thinking it is due when you arrive at the resort. I know on a package you have to pay 45 days in advance. I have dining on an AP room reservation. Can I take off the dining and have the payment then due when I check in?

Room only you pay a 1 night deposit then full payment upon arrival. All packages have the 45 day advanced payment, even AP rates if you have dinning (which makes it a package). We have one of each coming up this fall so I just asked about it.

All right info. If you remove the dining your res will have to be cancelled and refunded and a new room only res created and you could NOT add dining at checkin
