Paying for the disney dining plan

Is it worth it to pay to get the 20% off diney dining? Is it a yearly thing or only good for a certain time?

The disney dining plan is $38 a day for adults and includes a table service meal, a counter service meal and a snack every day. Once it is bought you do not pay extra as it includes taxes and gratuities.

The dining experuience card is aviable to Florida residents fand AP holders for $60 (for the AP holders), this gives 20% off all food and drink at most table service restruants and some counter service restruants where ther eis no table service (such as POFQ and the values). This is a card for a year and if you eat at diney a lot it is well worth it, if you have the AP.
