Paying for Port Adventures?

How does paying for Port Adventures work? My brother signed the whole family up for one, but he said he didn't get billed or anything. Does it show up on your bill at the end of the cruise?

Yes, it is added to your onboard account.

Ok, that works then. So long as everyone pays for their own fun on this one, we're good.

If we need to remove one person from the excursion, is there a time limit before it's non-refundable? I thought I saw something about 3 days but I'm not sure.

You can cancel excursions and get a refund up to 3 days before the cruise starts . One trip, I almost learned the hard way when I incorrectly thought refund period was up to 3 days before the excursion.

Disney Cruise Line does not maintain their facilities or modes of transportation and is not responsible for any injury or property damage/loss that Guests may incur in connection with a Port Adventure. All Port Adventures are subject to the Disney Cruise Line Cruise Contract. All Port Adventures are subject to availability and/or cancellation based on weather, itinerary changes, and attendance. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult on Port Adventures except for specific "teen only" Port Adventures. All prices are subject to change without notice. Pre-paid Port Adventures paid in full at the time of booking are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Bills are itemized so each person (even kids) is billed separate. If one person drops out of the excursion then the charge drops off their account.
