paying for cash nights

is it possible to pay for cash nights before you go or do you have to wait until check-in. we are from the UK and it would be easier but can't see anything that tells you.

cash night thru Disney (DRC) or thru MS.

MS -think you need to pay when you get there.

DRC think you can pay now.

DVC does not have an accounts receivable program for reservations so you can only pay at check-in.
