Paying for bounceback deposit

I don't see why not, as it's no different than a non-BB deposit .....which I have paid with gift cards in the past .

I have never done a deposit with gift cards before. Do they care if its like 3 cards you have to use to get the deposit total?

I did just call the bounceback # from home, told her I didn't want to make a reservation, just needed to know if I could pay with a gift card, she said yes!

Yes you can. I used a GC (two, actually) for the deposit on my last bounceback reservation without any problems at all.

Personally I think it is less of a hassle than booking other things with gift cards, because for pre-paid dining ADRs, party tickets, etc. you have to call to use the GC but could book online using any other payment method. With BB, you're calling anyway so using a GC doesn't add any time or hassle at all to the process.
