Where and how do I pay in advance before I use Bags at BLT in 2 weeks.? already have flight but need to pay for 2 bags. I looked on AT site forever and can find no way to pay.

If you do online check-in you can add your bags at that time & pay.

I'm not sure when you mean....before you head to WDW, for your departure flight from home? Or once you actually get to WDW, for your flight back home?
The night before you checkout, you will get a notice as to when to report to the DME bus stop. It will also give you a number to call in order to pay for checked bag fees...that would be a line to BAGS.
But, if you want to pay now, before you even leave home? I doubt it.

You have to wait until check-in to pay for bags, either online or at the airport. I believe it has something to do with FAA regulations, but not sure.

No, you can't pay for bags on AirTran before you check in. The earliest is 24 hours in advance online. Or you can pay at the airport.

I see another poster already answered. I don't know if FAA regulations are the reason or not. Spirit lets you pay for bags when you book your flight. In fact, that's the cheapest way to do it. The longer you wait, the more you pay on Spirit. It's like $30 when you pay for bags when you book your flight; $40 when you check in online; $50 at the airport; or $100 if you wait until you're at the gate.
