Paying Annual Dues Online

I still can not pay our annual dues online. This has been going on since November when 2013 VFG dues were due.

We have three memberships numbers and I have tried all of them and I keep receiving this message:

We are unable to process your payment at this time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process your online payment due to a system issue. Please try again later or contact Member Accounting at (800) XXXXXX or (407) 566-3800† for assistance with your payment. Thank you for your patience while we resolve this matter.

Last time I spoke with MS they said they were having some issues that should be fixed shortly, but that was almost three weeks ago.

Today I send them a email message, hoping for a response.

Anyone else experiencing this?
 
Received a message today from Member Accounting:

If you would like to pay them in full you will need to go under the Pay
By Contract on the website and pay them. The Pay By Statement is not working at this time.

Thank you for posting. I was frustrated yesterday trying to pay my dues. Once I saw your post I paid each of my contracts individually and it worked perfectly. It was time consuming since I have 7 contracts
 

I tried to pay my dues (prorated for a new add-on contract) in December, and no matter what I tried, it didn't work. I finally just called Member Accounting and they took the payment.

I am still old fashioned and like speaking with the CMs.

I booked my first online reservation yesterday and it felt less magical without a happy CM chatting with me. But then again, I didn't have a really long wait time ;).
 
Ugh! Neither pay by statement nor pay by contract is working for me... still! I'm on the west coast, and I've had trouble finding time to call during business hours. I've never had to work so hard to give a company money. :-)
