Dh and i both think WITH! He looks good either way, good choice! :thumbsup2 But I'm kind of partial to the mustache, i think it looks good!

You ladies aren't helping me very much, lol, it's 50/50 right now!!! I guess I'm so use to it, that it's taking a little while to get use to it not being there. I don't want him to look too young (compared to me, lol, jk).

:confused3

I tried to swing the vote one way or the other but it is still 10/10. I voted leave it off. He does look younger. But he looked nice the other way as well.
It's hard to get used to someone without facial hair. When my oldest was about 4 my dad decided to shave his beard off. She freaked out. She wouldn't come around him or look at him or let him talk to her. She would just hide. He grew it back .:rotfl:
He shaved it off permanently about 3 years ago. I have to admit it took me awhile to get used him without a beard myself.:)

Kelly,

When I met hubby he had a beard and mustache. After a while, I was kind of scared for him to shave it off... what if I didn't like what he looked like without it??? :confused3 When our first born (son) was almost a year, he was taking a nap and hubby decided to shave the beard (not the mustache). When DS woke up from his nap, he didn't know hubby at first. I actually have photos of him looking at his daddy with this questioning look. It was so cute. Then he realizes and hugs him, lol.

At that point, I told him to never grow the beard back, he looked much better without it. The mustache though, I've gone back and forth on. I told him it was a split vote (last night) and that I kind of think he should grow it back. He says 'I got use to shaving again and kind of like it off'!!!! lol, so who knows what will happen, but I'll keep you all posted.

Well 22 people have voted and as hard as it is for me to believe, it's completely tied!!!! 11 to grow back, 11 to leave it without!!!! :confused3

Now I am not a fan of facial hair but I think your husband looks good with the mustache! He also looks good without! :rotfl2: I think he looks younger with the mustache so I am voting to keep it!

Finally we are getting somewhere, lol. It's 13 to grow back and 11 to leave off, lol! (pretty bad the highlight of my evening is coming on to see in anyone else 'voted', lol). Have a great weekend ladies.

I voted grow it!!!!! Love a man with facial hair....just look at my husband!!

Thanks Cheryl,

I told him it was leaning towards him growing it back and he says, I kind of like it the way it is and if it makes me look more my age (we ALWAYS say how immature he is, lol)!!! We'll see.

I am sure I mentioned Abbey our pug before, but just wanted to update. Abbey developed diabetes in January. In late April, early May she went blind (very quick). We had her at the vet for ear infections a short time later and hubby asked about her eyes and could anything be done? Well we went to see a specialist (eye's for animals) and our baby has cataracts in both eyes. She is going to have surgery for them on Tuesday am (I am out of town until Sunday night). I am excited that my hubby loves our 'baby' so much to do this. I never would have looked into this knowing that it is ver expensive, but he said we HAVE to, it's our baby. When we left the vet, hubby said, good thing we already have our vow renewal and cruise/land trip all planned and booked, otherwise we wouldn't be going! I'll update you after she has her surgery to let you know if my baby can see my face again! I am so glad my husband loves our 'baby' as much as I do. Our kids are pretty much grown (youngest is now a senior) and she has become our fuzzy daughter!

Is it too late to vote???

I say leave it off, although he does look great either way!

By the way, I am enjoying reading you PJ. I am hoping for a VR in 2009 :)

:goodvibes :goodvibes I'll send my good vibes and keep her in my thoughts!!!

:hippie:

Thanks Alissa.

Thanks for joining along. I can't tell you how excited I am. I never thought I could have this much fun. Have you starting planning for a VR yet? Are you looking at DW or the DCL? I love following along in others PJ and TR.

Just checking in to see how Abbey is doing. I hope she is doing well.:goodvibes

Kelly,

Thanks for checking in. Abbey has been adjusting well. She is making out ok on the steps. She still get a bit disoriented at times though. Tomorrow, my hubby has to start her on meds four times a day and I am not there to help, so I know he'll be struggling (he works 12 hours on friday!).

I am glad Abbey is adjusting well. I suppose it is difficult to not be able to see one day and then you can the next. That's a good difficulty though. :) I hope all is going well with her meds. I know it's not easy giving a dog any sort of medicine. Although mine doesn't do too badly. She's never had to have any for an extended length of time though. Dogs seem to know that you are trying to help.

I saw a show on the Travel Channel today that was all about the Disney Cruiseline. You are going to have such a good time. :cool1: I want to take the girls on one really badly. Maybe we'll have to go next year instead of the free dining. Free dining is such a good (cheap) deal though. Its hard to resist.:)

Take Care!

Abbey had her surgery yesterday and I get to pick her up this afternoon. I cannot wait for her to be able to see me again. She knows she is loved, but it had to be scary to see nothing all of a sudden. the doc said her eyesight should improve over the next few weeks, so she won't be running any races today he said, but in a few weeks! (not that abbey runs any races, she's a pug, she can't breathe when she runs, lol).

On the exercise note, it's one more full week of training for the 5k. I ran for 28 minutes monday and today, did 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down. Total was around 2.75 so I am almost there!!!!

Hope Abbey's recovering is quick!! Poor baby!

I apologize. I thought Abbey already had her surgery when I wrote this. I thought she was taking eye drops for her eyes after the surgery and then probably her eyes were already getting better. I guess I need to pay better attention when I am reading. I am always missing important details.:confused3

 For Abbey and you. She'll be better before you know it.:)

Keep up the good work!:thumbsup2

Thanks Jennifer and Kelly. I can't wait to pick my baby up. Of course there will be lots of maintenance (drops, ointments, antibiotics) for a while, but in the end, it will be very worth it.
