I don't see a defibrillator at this one. Many of the smoking sections have one, which I used to take photos of DH next to when he smoked. And sure enough, he did have a heart attack last year. He no longer smokes.

I've been going to Disney since Dec. 1971 and didn't know this path was there. I'll bet DH knows, though. Over the years, he has spent much time off in smoking areas, which are marked on the maps. Most of the time, I didn't go with him as I can't stand the smell. He smoked outside at home for 30 years.

Going to make a point of using this path on my next visit, despite the smoke. I want to see it before it goes away forever.

I agree that putting the designated smoking areas in places where it is isolated, and not a pass through, but instead a one way in, one way out situation would be best for everyone involved.

This walkway is lovely, if you happen to go through it when there aren't a bunch of people back there smoking. I've passed through early in the day a couple of times, when it was pretty clear, and there is a wonderful view of the train from there. However, since that is a designated smoking area, I stay clear of it once the park starts to fill up.

For those who like quiet areas to get away from the hustle bustle for a bit, Tom Sawyer's Island is wonderful, and smoke free! Added bonus, there are picnic tables there, take a drink and sandwich with you for an amazingly relaxing lunch!

I didn't know it even existed until I first took the train around a few years back. I'll definitely make an effort to walk it during my next trip because I agree that it will probably be taken out once Tron comes in.
