OK...not really WDW related, but just making sure.

Going to Canada from the U.S. this summer....I understand the current rules to be that if I FLEW into Canada, I need a passport to get in/out of the country. But if I DRIVE (say, from Seattle), I do not currently need a passport (but will by 2008).

Is that correct??

Thanks!

Yes, that's correct. Drove into Ontario and back at Buffalo and Niagara Falls last week and just need proof of citizenship. While I do have a passport, others in my group did not and they produced original birth certificate plus driver's license (both items, not just one).

For those flying, passport is required.
