Passport Office on Strike

Well it was back to work this morning as a show of good faith! Thank god I came back to Ottawa last night! Tresory was suppose to submit it's proposal last night then at 10am and it didn't! At 10h30 we were out in the streets. We came back in at 12h30. (taking some time to write this FYI)
Just heard that Table 1 and 3 got an offer. No details other than to say that we should reject it. We will be voting on it. Will get details later!
For now at least there will be no strike action!
Oh! yeah! Just ran to the passport office to get my application in!The guy said that I should receive it in about 10 days!
So Fatcow, you should be able to go for your kid's passport.
Back to work now...so many things to take care of ....

Stressful, huh, Filet. We have to vote too, the Union says to take it but theres alot of grumbling going on so should be interesting.

They did that to us a few times...we'd be working away and Union would walk by and say walk out. We'd have to stop everything and walk out immediately...this stuff drives me insane, lol. We finally got our first strike pay today but they shorted me, grrrrrrr.

I can't get the internet at work, everything is blocked except gov't sites...sorta boring looking at those lol

No internet!!!!!!!!!! I would die! well I do need it for my job but there are a lot of sites that are restricted and cannot be accessed!
They haven't found this one yet! and hopefully won't soon as I have no internet at home in Ottawa, only Montreal where I usually go once every other weekend!
