Passport Cover

I have found a couple of examples of Passport Covers but they weren't exactly what I was thinking of. Can anyone DISign a passport cover with a round circle of flag filled Mickey heads, each Mickey head representing each country in Epcot?

I will be making 2 passports, one for my daughter Aubrey and her best friend Avery. Would like for the passport to also say each of their names.

Aubrey's Passport
Avery's Passport

And then EPCOT 2011.
