Would like to find out how many rooms can be booked for one stay with a passholder discount. Thanks for any info.

3, and you have to call to make the reservation. Others may have gotten more, but that depends on the CM who books for you.

So how does the check in process work? If we are staying at different properties with slightly different checkin dates, do I, as the pass holder, have to be with them when they check in? Can they each manage their own reservation for payments and things or do I have to do all of that for them?

When you book the additional rooms with the passholder discount you would reserve the room in their name, not yours. They would then be the ones to manage their own reservations. They shouldn't have any problem with check in. They don't need you there when they check in. But they should do online check in just to make things easier.:)

You could also have them book the rooms themselves. Then you would call reservations and have your passholder discount applied to their existing reservation. You would need their confirmation number and other information. We've done it this way when my sister decided to join us. :)
