Hello everyone - stumbled across the site while googling my question - congrats on a fantastic forum!

We are hoping to take our two children (3 & 2) to DLP in June for 3 days. We went last year and they loved every minute.

I have been reading up on the annual passes, as I think this may be our cheapest option, but these seem to be geared very much to our French neighbours.

Is it possible for me to apply and receive these in the UK (perhaps by post)?

I have also read a few comments that these cannot be used for the 2 days after your first visit? Is this true?

We plan to visit for 2 days then drive to the South of France and then pop in for 1 day on the way back - so we could tailor the trip if the above is true.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated (particularly by my kids, who will have more money to spend on Disney merchandise).

Hello :goodvibes

Any AP can be bought and used by anyone regardless of the geographical location.

So you can by a Francilien if that's the one that suits you best

The cheapest one is a Decouverte which like the Francilien can't be used the 2nd and 3rd day after the first visit.

Only thing with the cheaper ones is that they have more blackout days where you can't use your AP unless you are staying in a Disney hotel.

Don't know if you have looked at the AP comparasion chart on DLRPMagic ?

If you wanted one that has no 2nd and 3rd day restrictions it's a Fantasy or a Dream. The advantage of the Dream is that there are no blackout days at all where as the Fantasy has 30

Your cheapest option would be buying 2 AP from the French site CE-Multiavantages.

You get an adult PA and a free childs one. So you would only pay 2 passes instead of 3. Your 2 year old doesn't need a ticket

There is a 20€ joining fee and postage but it has been tried and tested by many people here and is a good way of saving money.

If you got a Fantasy or a Dream you'd also avoid having to pay the 15€ parking charge everytime ;)

Thanks Carrie,

To say you are a legend would be a gross understatement!

I will use my 'E' in GCSE French to navigate their website - lets hope the questions are mainly about directions to the station or swimming pool.

I'll let you know how I get on!

:thumbsup2

Just to say the tickets arrived today - thanks so much for the help.

One more question - I am assuming we need to get the passports on our first day at DL. Do we need to take anything with us other than the tickets?
:confused3

:cool1: Set to go :thumbsup2

As you thought they need to be made out/up with photo and all the same day that you first enter the park with them.

They take your picture so that's covered but you need to just take some form of photo id for each AP holder ie - your passports :goodvibes
